Not sustained, 47-52: Shall the decision of the Chair stand as the judgement of the Senate in relation to the cloture threshold for the consideration of certain en bloc nominations pursuant to an Executive Resolution.

Invoked, 52-47: Motion to invoke cloture on the en bloc nominations provided for under the provisions of S.Res.377, upon reconsideration.
