Leader Schumer filed cloture on Executive Calendar #486 Kurt Campbell to be Deputy Secretary of State.

Leader Schumer filed cloture on Executive Calendar #473 Amy M. Baggio to be United States District Judge for the District of Oregon.

Leader Schumer announced the Senate will be in session on Monday, February 5th, 2024 and will hold a roll call vote. Leader Schumer also plans on filing cloture on the motion to proceed to the legislative vehicle for the Ukraine/Israel/border supplemental on Monday.

The Senate agreed to S. Res. 541, supporting the observation of National Trafficking and Modern Slavery Prevention Month, and so forth.

The Senate agreed to S. Res. 529, recognizing January 2024 as National Mentoring Month.
