The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Wednesday, November 19th.

At 12:00 Noon, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #515 Ho Nieh to be a Member of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Following the vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm for the weekly party lunches.

At approximately 2:20pm, the Senate is expect to vote on the motion to proceed to S.J.Res.89 – A joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Bureau of Land Management relating to “Buffalo Field Office Record of Decision and Approved Resource Management Plan Amendment”.
