At approximately 11:00am, on Wednesday, February 12th, the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes:
- Confirmation of Tulsi Gabbard to be Director of National Intelligence.
- Motion to invoke cloture on Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., to be Secretary of Health and Human Services.
If cloture is invoked on the Kennedy nomination, post-cloture time will count as if it was invoked at 1:00am Wednesday, February 12th
