At 10:30am, the Senate will proceed as a body to the House of Representatives for a Joint Session of Congress with the Prime Minister of Greece.

The Senate will convene at 2:30pm. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to H.R.7691 (A bill making emergency supplemental appropriations for assistance for the situation in Ukraine for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022, and for other purposes), post-cloture.

At 4:00pm, the Senate will proceed to four roll call votes:

  2. Motion to Invoke Cloture on Executive Calendar #798 Jennifer Louise Rochon, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York, vice George B. Daniels, retired.
  3. Motion to Invoke Cloture on Executive Calendar #802 Trina L. Thompson, of California, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of California, vice Phyllis J. Hamilton, retired.
  4. Motion to Invoke Cloture on Executive Calendar #799 Sunshine Suzanne Sykes, of California, to be United States District Judge for the Central District of California, vice James V. Selna, retired.

At 11:00am, the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes relative to the following:

  1. Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Jonathan Gould to be Comptroller of the Currency for a term of five years.
  2. Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Whitney D. Hermandorfer to be United States Circuit Judge for the Sixth Circuit.

If cloture is invoked on the Hermandorfer nomination, all post-cloture time will be considered expired, and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination at a time to be determined on Monday July 14th by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Democratic Leader.

At approximately 1:45pm, if cloture is invoked, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of the Gould nomination.
