Cloture was invoked, 51-44: Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #61 Daniel I. Werfel to be Commissioner of Internal Revenue for the term expiring November 12, 2027.

Motion to proceed to H.J.Res.26, Hagerty DC Crime Disapproval Resolution was agreed to by voice vote.
