Passed, 68-23: Passage of Cal. #33, H.J.Res.7, Marshall National Emergency Designation.

The Senate confirmed by voice vote Executive Calendar #73 Matthew P. Brookman, of Indiana, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Indiana, vice Richard L. Young, retiring.
