The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Tuesday, September 15th and will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #902, Matthew R. Byrne, of Ohio, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Ohio.
At 11:15am, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of the Byrne nomination.
Following the confirmation vote on the Byrne nomination, the Senate will recess until 1:50pm for the weekly conference meetings.
At 2:15pm, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Cal. #423, H.R.3633, Clarity Act.
