Confirmed, 52-44: the Senate voted to confirm Kelley Brisbon Hodge to be U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Confirmed, 49-47: the Senate voted to confirm Frances Kay Behm to be U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan.
