The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Tuesday, May 16, 2023.

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm to 2:15pm to allow for the weekly party caucus lunches.

At 2:30pm, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on passage of H.J.Res.42 – Disapproving the action of the District of Columbia Council in approving the Comprehensive Policing and Justice Reform Amendment Act of 2022.

On Monday, May 15, 2023, Leader Schumer filed cloture on the following nominations:
