At 11:30am, the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes on the following:
- Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #121 Michael Farbiarz to be United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey.
- Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #122 Robert Kirsch to be United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey.
Following the cloture vote on the Kirsch nomination, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly party caucus lunches.
