By a vote of 51-48, the Senate confirmed Executive Calendar #123 Orelia Eleta Merchant, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York, vice William Francis Kuntz II, retired.

By a vote of 54-45, the Senate invoked cloture on Executive Calendar #127 Wesley L. Hsu, of California, to be United States District Judge for the Central District of California, vice Virginia A. Phillips, retired.

Passed, 56-41: Passage of H.J.Res.39, Scott (FL) Solar Tariff CRA.

Passed, 50-48: Passage of H.J.Res.39, Scott (FL) Solar Tariff CRA.

Confirmed, 53-43: Executive Calendar #127 Wesley L. Hsu to be United States District Judge for the Central District of California.

By a vote of 54-42, the Senate invoked Cloture on Executive Calendar #125 LaShonda A. Hunt, of Illinois, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.
