Cloture not invoked, 57-42: Motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Cal. #32, S.326. The Veterans Affairs Medicinal Cannabis Research Bill. Schumer switched his vote to “No” in order to enter a motion to reconsider.

By unanimous consent, the Senate passed S. 418, A bill to provide financial assistance to schools impacted by radioactive contaminants and for other purposes.

By unanimous consent, the Senate passed S. 1311, A bill to reauthorize the Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall trust fund and for other purposes.
