Invoked 53-45: Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #674 Christopher R. Wolfe to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Texas.

Confirmed 53-47, the Senate confirmed the nomination of Christopher Wolfe to be US District Judge of the Western District of Texas.

Leader Thune filed cloture on Executive Calendar #671 Andrew B. Davis to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Texas.

The Senate adjourned at 5:52pm.
