Leader Schumer filed cloture on substitute amendment #1292 to H.R.3935, vehicle for Continuing Resolution. Leader Schumer also filed cloture on the underlying bill.

Not passed, 47-46: Shall S.J.Res.9, Marshall Lesser Prairie-Chicken CRA, pass, the objections of the President to the contrary notwithstanding.

Not passed, 47-45: Shall S.J.Res.24, Mullin Long-Eared Bat CRA, pass, the objections of the President to the contrary notwithstanding.

Confirmed by voice vote: Executive Calendar #300 Robert G. Taub to be a Commissioner of the Postal Regulatory Commission for a term expiring October 14, 2028. (Reappointment)

Confirmed by voice vote: Executive Calendar #324 Thomas G. Day to be a Commissioner of the Postal Regulatory Commission for a term expiring October 14, 2028.
