Not agreed to, 46-52: Motion to proceed to Cal. #364, S.J.Res.139, Bennet Colorado Anti-Electric Reliability CRA.

Not agreed to, 47-50: Motion to proceed to Cal. #366, S.J.Res.99, Rosen Reinstating Biden-Harris Era Automatic Extension of Employment Authorization CRA.

At 11:30am, the Senate will proceed to two roll calls votes:

  1. Confirmation of Executive Calendar #728, Kevin Warsh to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for a term of fourteen years from February 1, 2026.
  2. Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #727, Kevin Warsh to be Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for a term of four years.

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm for the weekly party caucus lunches.
