Invoked, 84-8: Motion to invoke cloture on the motion to concur in the House amendment to the Senate amendment to H.R.6644, Housing for the 21st Century Act, with Scott SC substitute amendment #5823.

Passed by unanimous consent: S.4828, a bill to reaffirm the Declaration of Independence as organic law of the United States.

By voice vote, the Senate passed S. 2585, as amended – A bill to modernize and approve broadband funding map in order to permit the most efficient use of funds for broadband and other purposes.

Confirmed, 48-39: Executive Calendar #763, George Holding, of North Carolina, to be United States Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
