Invoked, 51-42: Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #33 Kymberly Kathryn Evanson to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Washington. The Senate stands in recess until 4:00pm for an All Senators briefing on AI.

Confirmed, 50-42: Confirmation of Executive Calendar #33 Kymberly Kathryn Evanson to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Washington.

Invoked, 49-42: Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #8 Tiffany M. Cartwright to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Washington.
