The Senate convened at 3:00pm.

Leader Schumer filed cloture on the Motion to Proceed to H.R. 8404 – Respect for Marriage Act.

By a vote of 51-43, the Senate invoked cloture on Executive Calendar #1130, Maria del R. Antongiorgi-Jordan to be United States District Judge for the District of Puerto Rico.

The Senate will convene at 11:00am on Tuesday, November 15, 2022.

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm – 2:15pm for the weekly party caucus lunches.

At 2:15pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #1130 Maria del R. Antongiorgi-Jordan to be United States District Judge for the District of Puerto Rico.

At a time to be determined, the Senate will proceed to consideration of S.J. Res. 63 (This joint resolution terminates the national emergency concerning COVID-19 declared by the President on March 13, 2020). There will be 30 minutes of debate followed by a vote on passage of the joint resolution.

The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Thursday, July 10, 2025.

At 11:00am, the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes relative to the following:

  1. Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Jonathan Gould to be Comptroller of the Currency for a term of five years.
  2. Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Whitney D. Hermandorfer to be United States Circuit Judge for the Sixth Circuit.

If cloture is invoked on the Hermandorfer nomination, all post-cloture time will be considered expired, and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination at a time to be determined on Monday July 14th by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Democratic Leader.

At approximately 1:45pm, if cloture is invoked, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of the Gould nomination.
