The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Wednesday, June 21st.

Two votes at 11:30am:

  1. Passage of the veto message in relation to S.J.Res.11, Fischer Trucking Emissions CRA.
  2. Motion to invoke cloture on Natasha C. Merle to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York.

Following the cloture vote on the Merle nomination, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm for the weekly party caucus lunches.

Two votes at 2:15pm:

  1. Confirmation of Executive Calendar #30 Natasha C. Merle to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York (if cloture invoked).
  2. Motion to invoke cloture on Treaties Cal. #1 (Treaty Doc. 112-8), Tax Convention with Chile.
