The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Tuesday, December 13, 2022.

Confirmed, 53-35: Executive Calendar #1183 Tamika R. Montgomery-Reeves to be United States Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit.

At 12:00 noon, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #1146 Dana M. Douglas to be United States Circuit Judge for the Fifth Circuit.

Following the vote on the Douglas nomination, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm for the weekly party caucus lunches.

At 2:15pm, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #1103 Jay Curtis Shambaugh to be an Under Secretary of the Treasury.

At 7:00pm, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to discharge from Foreign Relations Committee S.J.Res.56 – A joint resolution directing the removal of United States Armed Forces from hostilities in the Republic of Yemen that have not been authorized by Congress.

The Senate adjourned at 6:59pm.

At 11:00am, the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes relative to the following:

  1. Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Jonathan Gould to be Comptroller of the Currency for a term of five years.
  2. Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Whitney D. Hermandorfer to be United States Circuit Judge for the Sixth Circuit.

If cloture is invoked on the Hermandorfer nomination, all post-cloture time will be considered expired, and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination at a time to be determined on Monday July 14th by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Democratic Leader.

At approximately 1:45pm, if cloture is invoked, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of the Gould nomination.
