By a vote of 67-27, The Senate invoked cloture on Murray substitute amendment #1388 to H.R.815, legislative vehicle for supplemental appropriations.

The Senate will convene at 12:00 Noon on Monday, February 12, 2024.

Unless an agreement is reached, the Senate will proceed to two roll votes at approximately 8:30pm:

  1. Adoption of Murray substitute amendment #1388 to H.R.815, legislative vehicle for supplemental appropriations.
  2. Cloture on H.R.815, legislative vehicle for supplemental appropriations, as amended.
