The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m.

It will be in order for Senator Kaine, or his designee, to make a motion to discharge the Foreign Relations Committee from further consideration of S.J. Res. 98, a joint resolution directing the removal of U.S. Armed Forces from hostilities within or against Venezuela that have not been authorized by Congress.

If made, at 11:00 a.m., the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to discharge S.J. Res. 98.

Following the S.J. Res. 98 vote, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of the nomination of Alexander C. Van Hook to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Louisiana.

At 1:45 p.m. the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of the Van Hook nomination.
