Confirmed by a vote of 82-8: Executive Calendar #129 Todd Gee to be United States Attorney for the Southern District of Mississippi for the term of four years.

Confirmed by a vote of 52-37: Executive Calendar #266 Tara K. McGrath, of California, to be United States Attorney for the Southern District of California for the term of four years.

The Senate adjourned at 5:34pm.

The Senate will convene at 12:00pm on Thursday, March 19th. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the House message to accompany S.1383, the legislative vehicle for the SAVE America Act.
