Not agreed to, 11-86: Motion to discharge from Foreign Relations Committee S.J.Res.44, Paul Republic of Niger War Powers Resolution.

Not agreed to, 35-62: Braun amendment to prohibit earmarks (1182) to H.R.4366 {Minibus Appropriations}.

Not agreed to, 47-50: Passage of S.J.Res.42, Marshall USDA School Lunches CRA.

Leader Schumer filed cloture on the following: Executive Calendar #306 Matthew James Maddox to be United States District Judge for the District of Maryland and Executive Calendar #370 Jacob J. Lew to be Ambassador to the State of Israel.
