The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.

  1. Confirmation of Jeffrey M. Bryan to be United States District Judge for the District of Minnesota.
  2. Motion to Invoke Cloture on Margaret M. Garnett to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York.

Following the cloture vote on the Garnett nomination, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm for the weekly party caucus lunches.

Two votes at 2:15pm (if cloture invoked):

  1. Confirmation of Margaret M. Garnett to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York.
  2. Motion to Invoke Cloture on Jose Javier Rodriguez to be an Assistant Secretary of Labor.

  4. Irma Carrillo Ramirez, of Texas, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Fifth Circuit.
