*If cloture is invoked on the Almadani nomination, the confirmation vote will occur at approximately 11:30am on Thursday, November 9th.

Cloture has been filed on:

  • Ana de Alba to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit.

Floor Schedule

The Senate stands in recess until Monday, February 23, 2026, other than for pro forma sessions on the following dates, during which no business shall be conducted:

  • Thursday, February 19th at 2:00pm

At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R.7147, an act making further consolidated appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes.
