Executive Calendar #971 Natasha C. Merle to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York.
Invoked, 52-33: Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #1035 Nina Nin-Yuen Wang to be United States District Judge for the District of Colorado.
The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Tuesday, July 19, 2022.
At 11:30am, the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes on the following:
- Confirmation of Executive Calendar #1035, Nina Nin-Yuen Wang to be United States District Judge for the District of Colorado.
- Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #988, Nancy L. Maldonado to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.
Following the cloture vote on the Maldonado nomination, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm for the weekly party caucus lunches.
At 2:15pm, if cloture is invoked, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #988 Nancy L. Maldonado to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.
