By unanimous consent, the Senate passed S.3743 – Recycling and Composting Accountability Act.

S.3742 – Recycling Infrastructure and Accessibility Act of 2022 was passed by unanimous consent.

By a vote of 92-2: the Senate passed Cal. #399, H.R.7776, Water Resources Development Act of 2022, as amended (60-vote affirmative threshold). Voting no: Senator Blackburn and Braun. By unanimous consent, Senator Blackburn changed her vote to YEA as it will not effect the outcome. The final vote tally is 93-1.

By a vote of 61-30: the Senate confirmed Executive Calendar #1063 David Pressman to be U.S. Ambassador to Hungary.

Leader Schumer has filed cloture on Executive Calendar #1068, Elizabeth Wilson Hanes to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia.

The Senate will convene at 3:00pm on Monday, August 1, 2022. At 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #1068, Elizabeth Wilson Hanes to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia.
