The Senate convened at 3:00pm.

Leader Schumer filed cloture on the motion to proceed to Cal. #30, H.R.815, legislative vehicle for supplemental appropriations.

Confirmed, 76-0: Confirmation of Executive Calendar #476 Joseph Albert Laroski, Jr. to be a Judge of the United States Court of International Trade.

The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Tuesday, February 6th, 2024.

11:30am – One vote:

  1. Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #486 Kurt Campbell to be Deputy Secretary of State.

Following the cloture vote on the Campbell nomination, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm for the weekly party lunches.

2:15pm – Two votes (if cloture is invoked):

  1. Confirmation of Executive Calendar #486 Kurt Campbell to be Deputy Secretary of State.
  2. Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #473 Amy M. Baggio to be United States District Judge for the District of Oregon.

5:30pm – One vote (if cloture is invoked):

  1. Confirmation of Executive Calendar #473 Amy M. Baggio to be United States District Judge for the District of Oregon.
