By a vote of 54-45, the Senate did not pass S.J. Res. 32, a resolution of disapproval of the rule submitted by the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection relating to “Small Business Lending Under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (Regulation B)”

There will be no further votes today in the Senate.
