Invoked, 52-44: Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #541 Sunil R. Harjani to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.

Confirmed, 53-46: Confirmation of Executive Calendar #541 Sunil R. Harjani to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.

Invoked, 51-48: Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #540 Melissa R. DuBose to be United States District Judge for the District of Rhode Island.
