Following Morning Business the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to resume consideration of Lauren McGarity McFerran to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board for the term of five years expiring December 16, 2029. Under the regular order, the Senate will vote on cloture on the nomination at 12:00 Noon.

Leader Schumer filed cloture on Executive Calendar #835 Matthew James Marzano to be a Member of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for the term of five years expiring June 30, 2028.
