Confirmed, 49-40: Confirmation of Executive Calendar #460 Seth Robert Aframe to be United States Circuit Judge for the First Circuit.

Leader Schumer filed cloture on Executive Calendar #571 Dena M. Coggins to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of California and on Executive Calendar #552 Melissa Griffin Dalton to be Under Secretary of the Air Force.

The Senate adjourned at 6:45pm.

  • The Senate will convene at 12:00pm on Friday, March 20th. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the House message to accompany S.1383, the legislative vehicle for the SAVE America Act.
  • At approximately 1:00pm, the Senate is expected to proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R.7147, an act making further consolidated appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes, upon reconsideration.
