Confirmed, 52-42: Confirmation of Executive Calendar #510 Katherine E. Oler to be an Associate Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia for the term of fifteen years.

Agreed to, 88-2: Motion to concur in the House amendments to S.870, Fire Grants and Safety Act.

The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Thursday, June 20, 2024.

Thursday, June 20th at approx. 11:30am – expected roll call vote:

1.      Confirmation of Executive Calendar #590 Stephanie Sanders Sullivan, of Maryland, to be Representative to the African Union, with the rank and status of Ambassador.

Thursday, June 20th at approx. 1:45pm – roll call vote:

  1. Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #597 Nancy L. Maldonado, of Illinois, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Seventh Circuit.
