Leader Schumer filed cloture on the motion to concur in the House amendment to S.2073, Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA) and the Children and Teens’ Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), with Senate amendment #3021, and filled the amendment tree.

The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Wednesday, July 24, 2024.

At 2:00pm , Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will address a Joint Meeting of Congress.

At 3:15pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #701 Kashi Way to be a Judge of the United States Tax Court for a term of fifteen years.

At 5:00pm, the Senate will proceed to a two roll call votes on the following:
