The Senate convened at 3:00pm.

The Senate will convene at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, November 13th.

At 12:30pm, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #788 Jonathan E. Hawley to be United States District Judge for the Central District of Illinois.

Following the cloture vote on the Hawley nomination, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the party caucus lunches.

Two votes at 2:30pm(if cloture is invoked):

  1. Confirmation of Executive Calendar #788 Jonathan E. Hawley to be United States District Judge for the Central District of Illinois.
  2. Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #620 David Huitema to be Director of the Office of Government Ethics for a term of five years.
