By a vote of 89-9-1, with one Senator voting present (Booker), the Senate invoked cloture on Scott SC-Warren substitute amendment #4308 to H.R. 6644, Housing for the 21st Century Act.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Cal. #376, S.Con.Res. 33, the FY2026 Budget Resolution.
The Senate is expected to vote on the motion to discharge S.J.Res. 114, a joint resolution directing the removal of United States Armed Forces from hostilities within or against the Islamic Republic of Iran that have not been authorized by Congress (Baldwin).
