Confirmed, 53-47: Confirmation of Executive Calendar #60 Frank Bisignano to be Commissioner of Social Security Administration for the term expiring January 19, 2031.

Agreed to 53-47: Motion to proceed to Cal. #24, S.J.Res.7, Cruz Overturning the Unlawful Biden FCC Free Wifi Hotspot Program CRA.

Agreed to, 53-47: Motion to proceed to Cal. #65, H.J.Res.60, Curtis Glen Canyon National Recreation Area CRA.

Leader Thune filed cloture on the motion to proceed to Cal. #66, S.1582, GENIUS Act.
