  2. Elizabeth C. Coombe, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of New York, vice Glenn T. Suddaby, retired.
  3. Sarah Morgan Davenport, of New Mexico, to be United States District Judge for the District of New Mexico, vice William P. Johnson, retiring.
  4. Tiffany Rene Johnson, of Georgia, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia, vice Steve C. Jones, retiring.

Confirmed, 48-43: Anne Hwang to be District Judge for the Central District of California.

Confirmed, 47-45: Brian Edward Murphy to be District Judge for the District of Massachusetts.

At approximately 4:00pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to discharge S.J.Res.104 s joint resolution to direct the removal of the United States Armed Forces from hostilities within or against the Islamic Republic of Iran that have not been authorized by Congress from the Foreign Relations Committee.
