At 3:00pm the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S.5, Laken Riley Act.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of House Message with respect to S.1383, the legislative vehicle for the SAVE Act.

At 2:00pm, the Senate is expected to proceed to Cal. #363, S.J.Res.107, Cortez-Masto CRA disapproving IRS Rule on 45Y and 48E tax credits.
