By a vote of 48-44 the Senate confirmed Tiffany Rene Johnson to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia.

The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Tuesday, December 10th, 2024.

At 11:30am, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #846 Keli Marie Neary to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Following the confirmation vote on the Neary nomination, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm for the weekly party caucus lunches.

At times to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Republican Leader, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the following nominations:

  1. Cynthia Valenzuela Dixon to be District Judge for the Central District of California.
  2. Noel Wise to be District Judge for the Northern District of California.

Leader Schumer filed cloture on:

  1. Executive Calendar #783 Lauren McGarity McFerran to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board for the term of five years expiring December 16, 2029. (Reappointment)
  2. Executive Calendar #784 Joshua L. Ditelberg to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board for the term of five years expiring December 16, 2027.
