The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Tuesday, July 9, 2024. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the Lee nomination.
At 12:00pm, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #380 Patricia L. Lee to be a Member of the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board for a term expiring October 18, 2027. The Senate will then recess until 2:15 for the weekly caucus lunches
At 2:15pm, if cloture is invoked, the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes on the following:
- Confirmation of Executive Calendar #380 Patricia L. Lee to be a Member of the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board for a term expiring October 18, 2027.
- Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #536 Robin Michelle Meriweather to be a Judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims for a term of fifteen years.
At 5:45pm, if cloture is invoked, the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes on the following:
- Confirmation of Executive Calendar #536 Robin Michelle Meriweather to be a Judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims for a term of fifteen years.
- Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #512 Charles J. Willoughby, Jr. to be an Associate Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia for the term of fifteen years.
