By a vote of 47-53, the Senate did not agree to the Motion to discharge from Foreign Relations Committee S.J.Res.59, Kaine War Powers Resolution on Iran.
At 7:33pm, the Senate stands adjourned until 2:00pm on Saturday, June 28. No votes scheduled at this time.
The Senate will convene at 10:30am on Wednesday, July 29th and resume consideration of the motion to proceed to Cal. #454, H.R.5334, legislative vehicle for the Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia Act of 2026, post-cloture.
The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm for the weekly conference meetings.
