Leader Thune Filed Cloture on Executive Calendar #36 John Phelan, of Florida, to be Secretary of the Navy, vice Carlos Del Toro, resigned.

Leader Thune filed cloture on the motion to proceed to Cal. #26, H.R.1968, Continuing Resolution.
