The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Tuesday, July 22nd.

11:00am -3 votes:

  1. Confirmation of Executive Calendar #171 Terrance Cole to be Administrator of Drug Enforcement.
  2. Confirmation of Executive Calendar #260 Joshua M. Divine to be United States District Judge for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri.
  3. Confirmation of Executive Calendar #263 Cristian M. Stevens to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri.

Following the confirmation vote on the Stevens nomination, the Senate will recess to allow for the Tuesday party caucus lunches.

The Senate is expected to vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R.3944 (MilCon/VA Appropriations Act, 2026) during Tuesday’s session.
