Leader Thune filed cloture on Executive Calendar #46 Dean Sauer to be Solicitor General of the United States.

Leader Thune filed cloture on Executive Calendar #47 Harmeet Dhillon to be an Assistant Attorney General.

Senator Booker began his speech at 7:00pm on Monday, March 31, 2025, and spoke until 8:04pm on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
