The Senate convened at 10:00am.

The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Wednesday, February 12.

At approximately 11:00am, on Wednesday, February 12th, the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes:

  1. Confirmation of Tulsi Gabbard to be Director of National Intelligence.
  2. Motion to invoke cloture on Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., to be Secretary of Health and Human Services.

If cloture is invoked on the Kennedy nomination, post-cloture time will count as if it was invoked at 1:00am Wednesday, February 12th

Floor Schedule

The Senate will convene at 3:00pm on Tuesday, January 27th. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business with Senators permitted to speak for up to ten minutes each.

At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate is expected to proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S.3627, a bill to require institutions of higher education to disseminate information on the rights of, and accommodations and resources for, pregnant students, and for other purposes.
