The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Tuesday, May 13.

At 11:30am, the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes:

  1. Confirmation of Reed Rubinstein to be Legal Adviser of the Department of State.
  2. Motion to Invoke Cloture on Troy Meink to be Secretary of the Air Force.

Following the cloture vote on the Meink nomination, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm for the weekly party caucus lunches.

At 2:15pm (if cloture is invoked), the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes:

  1. Confirmation of Troy Meink to be Secretary of the Air Force.
  2. Motion to Invoke Cloture on James Danly to be Deputy Secretary of Energy.

Additional votes are possible during Tuesday’s session of the Senate.

Following disposition of S.J.Res.82, the Senate will resume consideration of the en bloc nominations listed in S.Res.532, post-cloture.
