11:45am the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Heinzelman nomination. Following the nomination, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #968, Julianna Michelle Childs, of South Carolina, to be United States Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit.
At 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Childs nomination. If cloture is invoked, the vote on confirmation is expected to occur next week.

At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Wang nomination.
By unanimous consent, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of the following nominations at time to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Republican Leader.
